Teralink-1 has a huge need for MEs to contribute to the following sub teams.

Spacecraft Structures

• assistance with ensuring compliance standards with launch provider, AFRL UNP, NASA.
• helping to conduct and write structural (static, dynamic) analysis reports.
• helping research, procure, and compile structure components, mainly the 6U FRAME.
• directly updating the spacecraft CAD layout (only 1-2 people at a time will hold the full assembly after we start integrating components models.)
• designing mounting & fastening solutions for the components.

Ground Station Structures

• assistance with researching and setting up a field test operation protocol
• helping research, procure, and compile structure components

Thermal Engineering

• assisting in researching & programming multi-node thermal & ME energy analyses for both the spacecraft and high-power components.
• helping research, procure, and compile thermal components like MLI and heatsinks.
• assisting in writing up reports to the clients.

Flight Simulations

• assisting in researching & programming orbital mechanics simulations of various types.
