The Hardware Team is responsible for designing, integrating, building, analyzing, and testing the physical systems that make our spacecraft work. We bring together the electrical and mechanical aspects of CubeSat development, supporting the satellite from early design through assembly, environmental testing, and operations.

Team members contribute to PCB design and assembly, soldering, electronics testing and debugging, CAD and mechanical design, structural and thermal analysis, spacecraft integration, and hands-on fabrication and assembly.
Because spacecraft hardware is highly interconnected, the team also focuses heavily on system integration and interface design. This includes ensuring that electronics fit within the spacecraft structure, components remain within thermal and mechanical limits, mechanisms operate correctly, and subsystems can survive launch and function reliably in orbit.
